CLASSES

Below is a rundown of all the classes we are currently running. If there is a class you would like to take, simply purchase the Gym Pass that suits you and reserve your spot while you are in the app.

The classes we currently have are: Junior Boxing, Youth Boxing, Ladies Boxing, Open Boxing, Fighters B, Fighters A, & Functional Strength. See descriptions for each below.

Junior Boxing

Specifically designed to introduce and prepare kids for boxing and life in a fun, stimulating, yet powerful way. We have two tiers to our juniors program: J1 for kids aged 5-7, and J2 for kids aged 8-10. Although they are independent classes, both J1 and J2 will have moments working together.

YOUTH Boxing

Our youth development program continues to build upon our junior program, with longer classes and greater expectations. Here you will have an opportunity to enjoy all the benefits of boxing, without sparing. This class is reserved for youth Y1 11-14yers & Y2 15-17yrs old.

Ladies Boxing

Hi intensity, full body, female only, boxing & fitness class. All classes will include boxing (by a certified female BA coach), functional strength and conditioning, with deep core focus. All fitness levels and experience are welcome.

OPEN Boxing

Train like a fighter in these high intensity, whole body, old-school boxing classes. Designed to push you outside your comfort zone, mentally and physically. A great way to introduce you to boxing and see if it’s the right sport for you. This is the ultimate portal to help condition your mind and body in a way no other fitness class can.

FIGHTERS B

These classes are reserved for emerging and novice competition fighters. We run both youth and adult Fighters B classes. There is a criteria that must be met and approved by the head coaches to attend these classes.

FIGHTERS A

These classes are reserved for experienced competition fighters. There is a criteria that must be met and approved by the head coaches to attend these classes. To gain entry into the Fighters A class, you must first join our Fighters B class and be assessed.

Functional Strength

We use movements performed in our everyday lives to make day-to-day activities easier, reduce risk of injury and improve quality of life. Designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and coordination to improve the way your body functions every day. Whether you’re a professional athlete, have a desk job, or a senior, we modify this class to suit all ages and fitness levels.
